The design for Bainbridge Sunlake began with our favorite question: what does this place feel like? Sunlake — the heron in the wetlands, the Florida botanicals, the light on the water. Both dog park buildings were designed simultaneously as a unified visual system, sharing compositional elements — the stylized heron, the coral band, the botanical forms, the dot pattern panels — that create coherence across the property while giving each building its own distinct face. Residents encounter the same visual language twice, at opposite ends of the community, reinforcing a sense of place that belongs specifically here.
