Amenity Activation

This project transformed an otherwise utilitarian pet spa into a memorable resident amenity that contributes to the overall character of the property. Drawing inspiration from Florida's native flora and fauna, we developed a playful, immersive mural that softens the space and creates a more engaging experience for residents and their pets.

The installation demonstrates how thoughtful environmental graphics can elevate often-overlooked areas within a community. While pet wash stations are inherently functional, they are also spaces where residents spend meaningful time. By bringing color, atmosphere, and a strong sense of place into the environment, the amenity becomes more welcoming, memorable, and aligned with the property's broader design vision.

Projects like this illustrate an important principle of placemaking: every touchpoint contributes to the resident experience. Even highly practical spaces can reinforce a property's identity when approached with creativity and intention.
